Terms of Service
Last Updated: January 2025
Welcome to CasinoStartupSolutions. By accessing our platform and services, you're entering into a binding agreement with us. We've kept this straightforward - no hidden gotchas, just clear expectations on both sides.
Who Can Use Our Services
Our platform is designed exclusively for legitimate business entities looking to launch licensed online casinos. You must be:
- At least 21 years old
- Legally authorized to enter business contracts in your jurisdiction
- Operating (or planning to operate) under proper gaming licenses
- Compliant with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations
We don't work with individuals attempting to bypass licensing requirements. Period.
What We Provide
CasinoStartupSolutions offers consultation, software integration services, and operational support for online casino launches. Here's what that means:
- Consultation Services: Licensing guidance, compliance reviews, market analysis
- Technical Integration: Platform setup, payment system configuration, game provider connections
- Ongoing Support: Operational assistance during your first 90 days live
We're service providers, not miracle workers. Success depends on your execution, market conditions, and regulatory compliance - factors partially outside our control.
Your Responsibilities
You're responsible for:
- Providing accurate information during onboarding
- Maintaining valid gaming licenses in your target markets
- Following all applicable gambling regulations
- Paying invoices within agreed timeframes (typically Net 30)
- Securing your account credentials and API keys
If you operate illegally or misrepresent your licensing status, we terminate immediately. No refunds.
Intellectual Property
Our platform, documentation, and proprietary processes remain our intellectual property. You get a license to use them for your casino operations - not to resell, copy, or reverse-engineer our systems.
Your casino brand, game content (licensed separately from providers), and customer data belong to you. We don't claim ownership over your business assets.
Limitations and Liability
We provide services "as-is" with reasonable care and professional standards. However:
- We can't guarantee specific revenue outcomes
- Third-party integrations (payment processors, game providers) operate under their own terms
- Regulatory changes may require operational adjustments - sometimes costly ones
Our maximum liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months. We're not liable for lost profits, indirect damages, or consequential losses.
Termination
Either party can terminate with 30 days written notice. Immediate termination occurs if you:
- Violate gambling laws or operate without proper licensing
- Fail to pay invoices after 60 days
- Breach confidentiality agreements
- Misuse our platform for fraudulent activities
Upon termination, you retain access to your data for 90 days. After that, we're not responsible for data storage or retrieval.
Changes to Terms
We update these terms occasionally - usually for legal compliance or service improvements. Material changes get 30 days notice via email. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by Delaware state law, USA. Disputes go to binding arbitration in Wilmington, Delaware - litigation is expensive and slow for everyone.
